Hernando Florida Home Termite Swarm Treatment

What’s going on, guys? We are in Hernando, Florida. The town, not the County. Uh, it is a beautiful January day in the low 50s. This is our first house that we ran into a termite swarm. Uh, and basically what we’re doing is before our treatment, they found uh live termite swarmers in the master bath. And before we start, we always like to get a good game plan while we’re wandering around. Charlie lifted this piece of wood. And under it, we may not. We can see some evidence, but we saw a live There we go. We got live swarmers in there.

Oh, we got live workers. Soldier, too, there. Yep. So, we know they are directly active in this house. We know they’ve been here for a while. They’ve shown no evidence that the homeowner has seen, but we know they’ve been here for a while because they’re swarming inside the house. So, we’re going to go ahead and check conducive conditions, make recommendations like wood against the house touching soil, um, and go ahead and start our treatment here soon.
