Warning Signs

Termites are often called “silent destroyers” because by the time they are detected, an infestation has already taken place and damage has already occurred. Here are some things to look for when trying to determine if your home has termites:

• Wood damage in or around doorframes or windows
• Walls or floors that sounds hollow
• Mud tubes around the foundation
• Discarded wings or dead termites in or around home
• The appearance of any living termite(s)
