Inverness, FL Restaurant Subterranean Termite Pretreatment

All right. Today we’re in Inverness uh, going over a little termite treatment. Uh, this is a restaurant completely getting overhauled here. They’ve already trenched out all the concrete, redid all the plumbing into the entire place, and then before they put concrete down, they need a termite pre-treatment. And basically what that is is we know that termites just not come in through wood. They come in through cracks in our foundation. And a lot of the times once you put down new flooring, new carpet, tile, you don’t realize that there’s little cracks. And it’s really easy for new cracks to come from new concrete that isn’t directly connected. And a lot of the times, like we just ran into yesterday on a termite job, uh there was a crack in the wall and they went up straight into the wall and were just completely annihilating that whole wall, living room wall, went into bedrooms.

So this restaurant before they put new concrete down, this is one of our accounts. So we serviced them. Uh but they called us said hey we’re about to pour the concrete before they can go onto the final step. We come in treat all the bare soil to make sure that in the future when the cracks do come because you know most things are going to have their flaws and weaknesses uh we know that if termites are coming up everything’s going to be nice and protected.
