Inverness, FL Restaurant Subterranean Termite Pretreatment

Today we’re in Inverness, going over a little termite treatment. This restaurant is completely getting overhauled here. They’ve already trenched out all the concrete, redid all the plumbing in the entire place, and then, before they put concrete down, they need a termite pre-treatment. And basically, what that is is we know that termites do not just come in through wood. They come in through cracks in our foundation. And a lot of the time, once you put down new flooring, new carpet, tile, you don’t realize that there are little cracks. And it’s really easy for new cracks to come from new concrete that isn’t directly connected. And a lot of the time, like we just ran into yesterday on a termite job, there was a crack in the wall, and they went up straight into the wall and were just annihilating that whole wall, the living room wall, and went into the bedrooms.

So,  before they put new concrete down, this is one of our accounts. So we serviced them. They called us, said hey we’re about to pour the concrete before they can go onto the final step. We come in and treat all the bare soil to make sure that in the future, when the cracks do come, because you know most things are going to have their flaws and weaknesses, we know that if termites are coming up, everything’s going to be nice and protected.
