While Ocala is only considered a medium-sized town, there is a vast amount of businesses in the area. Some roads in Ocala are lined with a hundred businesses in a row! In 2020, Ocala ranked #1 in the entire nation for having the greatest amount of small businesses. This stat beats so many booming cities, such as Boulder, Colorado and Wako, Texas. This was a huge recognition for our town and attracted many starting entrepreneurs. Therefore, when we have businesses sandwiched together, we can expect problems to occur with pests.
